For the nights that start over at 3am
Eupasy Migraine Cap
The migraine and the sleepless night were never two separate problems. Cold that outlasts a sleep cycle, warmth for the tension, and a slide-down mask that makes the room dark on your terms.

Blackout that slides up in a second
Full darkness when you want it - gone the moment someone needs you
Real people, real nights
seen on your feed.
Why nothing has worked yet
It isn't the pain keeping you up.
It's that the cold runs out before the night does.
The ice pack goes warm
Most caps fade in under ten minutes. In the daytime you reapply. At 3am it means waking up again.
The loop compounds
Poor sleep lowers the attack threshold. Attacks wreck sleep. Each one makes the next more likely.
The room is never dark enough
Light makes it worse, but a separate eye mask is one more thing to find in the dark.
You plan around it
After enough bad nights you stop expecting a good one and start planning around not getting one.
Five reasons our customers say
this is the first one they could sleep in.
On in one motion
No buckles, no straps, no adjusting in the dark. Pull it down over your crown and it's on - temples, forehead, sinuses and the base of your skull, all at once.
You don't have to leave the room
Mask up, eyes clear, still at the table. An attack doesn't have to mean lying down alone in the dark while everyone else carries on without you.
Light enough to forget
Soft stretch fabric that gives where your head does. No rigid shell, no pressure points, nothing that has to be tightened to stay put.
For the 3am someone needs you
Slide it up and you can see. Slide it down and the world goes quiet. Darkness on your terms, not a choice between relief and being able to function.
Soft enough to fall asleep in
No buckles. No hard plastic. Nothing that digs in when your cheek is on the pillow - and nothing that clicks, crinkles or wakes the person next to you when you turn over.
Why it works
How one cap breaks the migraine-sleep loop.
- Cold activates TRPM8 receptors in the skin, which dampen the pain signals travelling along the trigeminal nerve.
- Vasoconstriction narrows the blood vessels around the temples - mechanistically parallel to how triptans work, without the drug.
- Sleep difficulty is part of migraine disease itself, not a side effect of it. Insomnia is significantly more common in sufferers even between attacks.
- Cold at the base of the skull reaches the cervical nerves that feed the same pain pathway.
Two modes, one cap
Cold for the attack. Warm for the tension.

Before you decide
the questions worth asking.
Will it actually stay cold long enough?
This is the question that matters most at night, because a cap that fades in eight minutes just means waking up again. Straight from the freezer, Eupasy holds 15-20 minutes of intense cold, then a further 30-40 minutes of gentle cool - around an hour of continuous relief from a single cap. Freeze it for 2-4 hours to reset it fully.
Can I use it warm too?
Yes. Warm mode is best for tension headaches, tight necks and jaws, and winding down before bed. Heat it for 20-30 seconds and it stays warm for 15-20+ minutes. Start at 20 seconds and add time in short bursts rather than heating it longer in one go, and always check the temperature against your wrist before putting it on.
Can I really sleep in it?
That's what it was built for. No buckles, no hard plastic, nothing that digs in when your cheek is on the pillow. The mask slides up if you need to see and down when you don't.
Is this a cure?
No. It isn't a cure, and we won't pretend otherwise. It's a tool for getting through the attack and the night around it. If your migraines are new, worsening, or different from usual, see a clinician.

The real reason this matters
Start with tonight.
Not because the pain never stops. Because the night doesn't have to start over at 3am.
Turns out they were never two separate problems. And you don't fix one without the other.
