Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

If your order is canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package our products carefully to prevent damage in transit. An item is considered “damaged” if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Damaged outer packaging (such as dents or scuffs) is not considered damage if the product itself is fine.

If your item arrives damaged, email info@eupasy.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.


Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, Eupasy cannot be responsible for delays that are outside our control (including courier issues, customs, weather, or other shipping disruptions).

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Eupasy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and you do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
