Eupasy Shipping Information
At Eupasy, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Your order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times refer to the transit time after dispatch. Delivery speed depends mainly on your location and carrier conditions.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping address and details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team may contact you within 3 business days to confirm your shipping details. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order for delivery safety.
If you notice an error after placing your order, email us at info@eupasy.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order enters processing.
Delayed Delivery
We do our best to ship quickly, but sometimes delivery delays happen due to factors outside our control—such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, or high shipping volume.
In some cases, delays may also occur due to order processing issues like address verification, payment processing, or inventory availability. If we encounter a problem that may delay your shipment, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Eupasy is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to support you and keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is managed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it—or you believe it may be lost or stolen—please contact us at info@eupasy.com and we will assist you.
We may also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as carriers often require the recipient to initiate the process. While lost or stolen packages are outside of our refund policy, we will do our best to help resolve the situation and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
In rare cases, you may be asked to file a police report if the courier cannot locate the package.
